Psychoeducational Evaluations utilize a variety of tools to determine a child's cognitive abilities and current academic achievement levels. Assessments include intellectual ability tests, as well as academic area tests, and other cognitive and developmental tests such as working memory. When necessary, additional behavioral and attitude assessments are completed to determine whether any co-occurring disorders are present that may require additional testing or diagnosis.

Comprehensive developmental language evaluation for children ages 24 months through adolescence. A 10% deposit is required to book. *Language evaluations are part of the psychoeducational evaluation process. 

Simplified neurodevelopmental screener to assess whether initial markers for ADHD are present and warrant further evaluation. If full evaluation is necessary, fees paid for the screening will be deducted from the cost of the full evaluation. Includes intake, assessment, scoring, screening summary, and 30 minute feedback session.

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder testing and diagnosis involves a full battery of cognitive assessment tools, questionnaires from multiple sources in the child's environment,  as well as clinical interviewing and observation. *If a screening is conducted in our offices first, the cost of screening will be applied to toward the full evaluation cost. 

Screening to determine whether enough autism spectrum disorder markers are present to conduct a complete Autism Evaluation. If evaluation is needed, fees paid will be deducted from the cost of the full evaluation. Includes intake, testing, scoring, screening summary, and post-evaluation 30 minute conference. A 10% deposit is required to book.

Full developmental evaluation and diagnosis, if applicable, including language, movement, other cognitive abilities, as well as behavioral and emotional skills. Includes intake, testing, scoring, evaluation report, and post-evaluation 45 minute conference. A 10% deposit is required to book. *If a screening is conducted in our offices first, the cost of screening will be applied to toward the full evaluation cost. 

Feedback sessions beyond the one included feedback session that comes with each evaluation, assessment or screening are charged an individual fee of $275/session for a 45 minute session.
