Frequently Asked Questions

We are located in the Northcreek Office Park complex located at 3715 Northside Parkway, Building 200, Suite 605. 

We provide services Monday-Friday from 9a.m.-4p.m. EST.  Evaluation appointments cannot be scheduled to start any later than 12p.m. EST, and we recommend early morning starts when possible.  In-home tutoring appointments can be scheduled according to tutors' and families' availability.

Yes! We offer a one-time free 20 minute consultation to discuss your child's challenges and determine the appropriate assessment path. From there, services can be selected and scheduled as applicable. To get started, please contact us!

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We accept payments via credit card or ACH check withdraw. Please visit our services page to find payment links for all services. If a service you have been provided doesn't appear online for payment, please contact us to receive an invoice at: Info@CognitiveInsightsPsyc.com
